In general, trades will be approved if they do not violate any rules. Only if a trade is viewed as extremely unfair or appears to be the result of collusion or an act of dumping will a trade that follows the rules be stricken. It will take 3 Board Members to approve a trade. However, if I object to the trade because I believe it violates a Rule, it doesn't matter how many Board Members have agreed to it.
If both teams are under the cap, and neither team will go over the cap as a result of the trade, there is no salary-similarity rule.
If you are over the cap or if the trade will take you over the cap, the salaries you receive must not be more than 125% of the salaries you receive. When comparing salaries, we compare the current year.
You may NOT trade cash.
We will use the same trade deadline that the NBA uses
